Full pre-departure briefing given. Paddle(s), buoyancy aid(s), and a limited number of waterproof phone cases, dry bags, and barrels are included with the booking.

Key information for hires from the Henny Swan:
Parking: There is very limited free onsite parking at The Henny Swan. You will be asked to specify the number of cars you plan to arrive in at checkout. On busy days (e.g., weekends and summer holidays), parking may be limited to indicated number. In order to accommodate all guests and promote environmental sustainability, we kindly request that you arrive with as few cars as possible.
Age restrictions: All under-18s must be accompanied by someone over the age of 18. Under-8's cannot operate their own craft. 1 adult to 2 children maximum ratio. The exception is with rowing boats, where 1 adult can supervise up-to 3 children.
Launch restrictions: Please note, private launching of one's own craft isn't permitted until 11.30am on Saturday's and 12 noon on Sundays. Please book after these times if members of your group are bringing their own craft. Party members with their own craft will be asked to launch on an alternative jetty in the pub garden.
Furry friends: Dogs are permitted on kayaks, canoes and rowing boats, but not paddleboards.
