Site Leaders
Our Site Leads help keep everything running smoothly day to day. This is a key role for confident, capable individuals who can lead a team, maintain high standards, and make sure customers have a safe and enjoyable experience.
Site Leads may need to support more than one location, applicants must be able to travel between sites and therefore need to be able to drive.

Waterside Assistants
Waterside Assistants are at the heart of the customer experience, helping people get ready for their paddlesports session, assisting around the launch area, and supporting the smooth running of the site.
This is a hands-on, outdoor role that suits people who enjoy working with others and being part of a busy team.
We’re looking for people who are:

Senior Waterside Team Members
Senior Waterside Team Members play an important part in the day-to-day running of the site, supporting customers, preparing equipment, and helping create a safe, welcoming and efficient operation.
This role could suit you if you are:

Junior Waterside Assistants
Junior Assistants are an excellent addition to the team and support the wider operation with a variety of day-to-day tasks. This role is ideal for someone starting out in the workplace and looking to build confidence and experience in a fun, outdoor environment.
You’ll support the day-to-day running of the site and assist with a range of operational tasks.
We’re looking for people who are:
